Join our free daily Sadhana and upgrade your day and your life by releasing negativity from your field!

As a community we will wake up early every day for 40 days to seize the chance to align our energy to more positive experiences.


We will chant the Mantra Ek Ong Kar Sat Guru Prasad for 31 minutes to receive an incredible effect!


This mantra helps to transform any form of negative energy into positive energy. It is said to have the power to turn negative thoughts, circumstances, habits and even surroundings into positive ones.

- Sahib Kriya

- 31 Minute Meditation (Ek Ong Kar Sat Guru Prasad)

Come everyday, or any day you want!

This is a FREE SADHANA that we encourage you to commit to, but we welcome anyone to drop in when they want to.

Sadhana FAQ

WHY DO WE PRACTICE A DAILY SADHANA?

Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice that carries you on your spiritual path. When committed to yourself through such a practice you

are saying to the Universe, "I am here, I am committed, I wish to live a higher life. I am doing the work to clear my consciousness so I am

connected to my dharma and living from love.”

WHAT TO WEAR

Loose clothing appropriate for yoga and meditation. Kundalini Yoga is traditionally practiced wearing white clothing with a white head

covering but you're welcome to wear any color. Bring a sweater or blanket to cover up with while meditating. Natural fibers are always

preferred if possible.

WHAT TO BRING

Mat, blanket, water bottle.

You may like to have: journal & pen, tea cup, snack, sweater, meditation cushion.

DONATION BASED

You can donate online in $10 increments. Note that it’s for “sadhana”.
